		<description>Amazing job! Looks great! 3D mockups are a great tool. It&#039;s true that sometimes people go well above their budget but if your contractor works with you, they can often offer alternatives to things that would put you well above your budget. For example, let&#039;s say you want to replace some appliances to fit your new look - if your appliances are still in good shape, you may be able to paint them (maybe even add a bit of design) and pull off the new look without having to replace appliances.  Of course, everyone situations varies.
