Soccer FPS

My colleague asked me to check out this Nike ad. Now I’m not crazy about football, but this ad is really inspiring (and inspired by first-person shooter games). Probably cost a big wad of cash to make, and I keep wondering how they managed to do the action shots and get the legs/arms moving along so well – were they superimposed?

    Yo Ian,

yes, I agree, it must have cost them an arm and a leg to make the arms and legs move so well.

I’m going out on a limb here, but it has be CGI limbs motioned tracked to the onscreen action.

Looks like the goalposts for realistic CGI keeps on moving, and it appears that the VFX gurus are kicking it up to the next level.

Not that I’m keeping score, of course.

Like most of Nike and Adidas ad, I would say everything is CGI unless proven real. Hahahaahaaa.
